Erin's Law

Project Heaven has formally reached out to Kansas lawmakers in Topeka, urging them to enact stronger child protection laws, including Erin’s Law. Our letter outlines the urgent need to educate children on abuse prevention, strengthen penalties for offenders, and ensure that no child suffers in silence. This is a key step in our mission to advocate for Kansas children and push for meaningful legislative reform.

Project Louisiana

Project Heaven has issued its first open letter to lawmakers in Topeka, Ks. Urging the creation of a state law similar to Louisiana’s enhanced murder statute for the protection of children 12 and under. The letter calls for stronger penalties for those who commit murder against young children, emphasizing that Kansas must prioritize the most vulnerable members of society. Project Heaven’s message is clear: child victims deserve the highest level of justice, and the state must act decisively to deter these heinous crimes and honor the lives of its youngest citizens.
